How to withdraw

You may withdraw without giving a reason within fourteen days from conclusion of the contract. Notify us by an unequivocal statement by letter or email: LivaGoo, Muhammed Akbas, Bremsberg 12, 59229 Ahlen, Germany, support@livagoo.com. You may use the model form or online function, but neither is mandatory. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient.

Service performance and withdrawal

This telecommunications contract is treated as a service contract, not as a supply of digital content for early expiry of withdrawal rights. Under section 356(5) BGB, the right expires only after full performance, provided you expressly agreed to an early start and simultaneously acknowledged that full performance would end your right. Sending a QR code, installation or merely starting the service does not by itself constitute full performance of the data package.

If you expressly requested an early start and received proper information about withdrawal and compensation, section 357a(2) BGB requires only a proportionate payment for the service actually supplied until receipt of withdrawal. This is assessed against the full agreed service and total price, using actual data supplied and/or service time as appropriate to the plan, without double counting. If the total price is excessive, market value applies. Merely providing a QR code does not trigger a flat activation fee. No compensation is due unless the statutory conditions are met.

Refunds

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise; you incur no fees. Any statutory proportionate payment for services already supplied is governed by the following section.

Important

A generated, delivered, installed, activated or used eSIM is generally not eligible for a voluntary return or refund. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
