Terms and Conditions
These English terms are provided for convenience. The German version is authoritative.
1. Scope
These terms apply to digital travel eSIM plans sold by LivaGoo, owned by Muhammed Akbas.
2. Contract and delivery
The contract is concluded through Stripe Checkout. After successful payment, the eSIM is ordered and delivered digitally by email.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers must check device compatibility, carrier lock, destination, data volume and validity before purchase. The eSIM must be installed and configured correctly.
4. Network availability
Coverage, 4G/5G availability and speed depend on the local partner network, location, device and plan. Continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
5. Installation
Many eSIM profiles can only be installed once. Do not delete the profile after installation or share the QR code.
6. Prices and payment
The total price shown at checkout applies. Payments are processed by Stripe. LivaGoo uses the German small-business VAT scheme under §19 UStG.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Once a digital eSIM has been generated, delivered, installed, activated or used, no voluntary cancellation or refund is offered unless required by law.
8. Liability
Liability is not excluded where prohibited by law. LivaGoo is not responsible for customer configuration errors, charges from the customer’s own mobile provider, local network outages or unavailable 5G where these are outside LivaGoo’s control.
9. Support
Technical issues must be reported promptly so that troubleshooting or a remedy can be attempted.
10. Governing law
German law applies while mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country of residence remain protected.
11. Multiple eSIMs and additional purchases
Customers may order up to ten eSIMs of one plan in a single checkout. Each eSIM receives separate installation details. An additional purchase is a new order and may provide a new QR code or installation details.
12. Referral programme
Existing customers may share a personal referral link. Eligible new customers receive 10% off. After a successfully paid, non-self referral, the referrer receives a one-time 10% code valid for one year. Self-referral, resale, manipulation and combination with other discounts are excluded.
